It isn’t always a lack of trust. It’s the feeling that letting go of a task means letting go of what you built. When that alarm isn’t managed, it becomes the ceiling.

Start with what doesn’t need your strategic vision: tracking, replies, scheduling, the admin that always follows the same process.
