Dr. King was considered the most influential leader in the Civil Rights movement, which aimed to end the systematic racial segregation and discrimination that plagued our nation.

Atlanta and North Georgia are great places to live and work, which is why Tiffany chose to call it home. With roots in Flowery Branch, GA Tiffany came to Marble Hill in October 2017. Real estate is a passion for Tiffany, and with her background in customer relations, it is easy to see why more than a few families in 2020 called Tiffany for help buying and selling.
Tiffany is a new part of the Herman Real Estate Group, but she isn’t just passionate about helping families find their next home. Tiffany has served on her local church ( Christ Community Christian Church) board of directors and loves being a part of other Marble Hill community events.
A passionate animal lover, wife, and mother of two. When Tiffany isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find her at Land-A-Bella Farm. Tiffany and her family run a non-profit farm animal rescue. They currently have over 20 animals that have a second chance.

Regular filter replacement is the absolute best way you can keep your furnace in tip top condition. Here’s a way to keep track of that task: Buy several filters and label them, add a reminder in your calendar. With some systems, monthly filter changes are best. Others can go a few months between changes. On average a filter should last three months.
