A primary role of CCP to our general contractor partners is to protect against excessive cost, delay, poor craftsmanship and unnecessary risk. Primary Task

· Review of construction plans and final cleanup specifications
· Preparation of bid packages
· Reviewing owner and trade insurance coverage
· Approval of the proposed trade contracts
· Communication with the general contractor
· Assistance with change orders
CCP agrees to manage project sales cycles in exchange for a specific contractual fee. Allowing CCP to be a single final cleanup source for the United States
