Fun Facts: Under the Arise platform some training is not paid for it could range from 3 days to 2 and half weeks unpaid training. After the Phase I of unpaid training you will be in Phase II of paid training. This is done to secure no one time is getting wasted. This time frame also depends on the client you select to service. So make sure you find out this information before selecting a client to work for!
