TWENTY-FIVE YEARS OF SUCCESS

OxBlue started as a simple idea — a couple guys, a “project,” and a lot of hustle. Twenty-five years later, it’s grown into something we’re incredibly proud of: a company built on trust, innovation, and a team that shows up for our customers and each other.

Along the way, we’ve been named a Best Place to Work for more than a decade — and we’re still lucky to have some of our earliest “paid” employees (commission checks and optimism included) like Marsha, J.P., and Joe Molinet as part of the story.

With 25 years also comes a big change: co-founder Chandler McCormack is stepping into his next chapter (and he’ll be the first to tell you it’s not retirement). We celebrated him together on Tuesday and sent him off the OxBlue way — with a lot of gratitude, a lot of laughs, and plenty of cheering.
