Dropped your phone in water? Skip the rice!

Despite being a popular myth, rice doesn't remove water from inside your device. In fact, rice dust and particles can get into charging ports, speakers, and other openings, potentially causing more problems.

Instead:
✅ Turn the device off immediately
✅ Remove any case or accessories
✅ Do NOT try to charge it
✅ Bring it in as soon as possible for professional cleaning and inspection

The faster a water-damaged device is treated, the better the chances of saving it and your data.
