Design isn't the service. Understanding is.
That's the first thing you'll read on my new site, and it's the closest thing I have to a philosophy. People come to me for a logo, a website, a whole new brand. That's the deliverable. The real work is everything underneath it.
The service is understanding - the product, the business, and the person who built it. The design is what that understanding looks like once it's finished. When you get that part right, the design almost decides itself.
It's the idea Inflow Designs has grown into, and today the new site is live.
