As you know, Auburn lost their internet feed this afternoon, which is impacting access to many sites and services... This includes employee email... They are working with their providers to resolve the issue as soon as possible. As we hear updates, we will share them with you. Thx. - Charlie S.

Fyi...OIT is investigating an issue overnight that has caused a web and email outage... This includes being able to send and receive email from your mobile device. Stay tuned for updates.

FYI – We have completed our infrastructure migration project and all systems and services should be up and available. If you encounter any issues, please report them to the IMS Help Desk immediately at 844-1409 or [email protected] . If you have to report an issue, please be as detailed as possible so that we may quickly identify and resolve the problem.

This project wouldn’t have been a success without the awesome group of technical professionals on my team. I want to thank Chad, Burcin, and Mike for their hard work, dedication, and long hours over the past week to make this project a success!

FYI – Connectivity issues with Advance and Outlook (and maybe other services) have been reported… OIT has confirmed issues exist and are working to resolve. No ETA was given. We will update you when we hear more.

Email issues that were reported earlier have been resolved. if you were expecting an email from an external entity, please contact them and have it resent.

OIT has informed us that an issue has been reported regarding incoming email from external sources. This means that if someone from outside the university emails you, it may get bounced back to them. They are looking into it and hope to have it resolved soon.
