There is an equiptment issue with some customers using a particular brand of router, Calix, this morning after a recent software update to the Calix software. If you are experiencing connection issues, our tech team is currently working with Calix directly to help get the software update corrected and restore service to those affected.

Had some equipment soft lock as it was still online. We were able to get everything back online after a power cycle. We will be putting that piece of equipment on the replace list. Please let us know if you are still offline.

Gotta love the consistent Aumsville power drops. We had a UPS that stopped working so when the power hit happened it restarted some critical equipment.

We will get that replaced tomorrow so that shouldn't happen again. Apologies for the short outage around 9pm as equipment rebooted.

There is an outage by Sherman Rd due to an accident destroying the pole and the fiber in the process. Our team is standing by to make repairs once the pole is replaced by the power company.

Surprise pole replacements brought down the power to some sites. They are on generator now.
