Meet Jeremy Heeg — Founder & CEO
Q: What inspired you to start Logic Nebraska, and what is your vision for the company?
A: “I started Logic Nebraska because I wanted rural kids like me to have opportunities at home, not just in cities or on the coasts. Today, our vision is about creating real opportunity for our team, our community, and the businesses we serve. If we do our job right, ‘tech career in central Nebraska’ becomes normal.”
Q: What’s your favorite part of leading the Logic team?
A: “Watching people grow. I’ve seen developers who once questioned if they belonged step into leadership and absolutely crush it. Our team genuinely cares about solving real problems for real people right here in our community.”
Q: What’s one accomplishment at Logic that you’re most proud of?
A: “The shift we’ve made into AI. It’s challenging, but we’re helping local businesses see that AI isn’t scary — it’s a tool that will change how they operate in the next few years.”
Q: How do you see AI transforming small businesses in Nebraska?
A: “AI will level the playing field. A five-person company can compete with a national firm if they use the tools well. The biggest change will come from people willing to learn and adapt.”
Q: If you could automate one part of your day as CEO, what would it be?
A: “Email. I’d rather spend that time mentoring, building, and dreaming up what’s next.”
