A lot of brands have successfully started to integrate AI into their CX workflows. But orgs who push the boundaries of AI will be at the top of the leaderboard, and that was made clear at Google Cloud Next 2026!

Our sessions focused on how our proprietary AI Gateway and Google's GECX are solving high-stakes challenges for government and defense agencies in PubSec. Mark Eichten and Kelley Jacob presented on "Seamless Self-Service with Google AI,” which showcased an AI agent autonomously validating citizen pothole reports, processing photos, and generating real-time service requests to help government workload. Stephen Parowski and Mark Eichten also presented a session called, "AI-Driven Personnel Support: The Path to Agentic CX," where we highlighted a Vertex AI agent designed to parse dense military manuals and promotion requirements, providing quick career guidance to mission specialists. And to top it all off, Jason King was officially recognized as a 2025 All-Star! 🌟
