How many leads have called your business and then just... disappeared into a call log you never opened?
That used to happen to me, so I built a fix.
I connected my echowin AI phone agent to Zapier, and now every time a call comes in, two things happen on their own. A new row gets added to a Google Sheet, and I get an email with the caller's name, their number, and the call ID. I'm not typing anything in. I'm not forwarding anything. The lead just shows up in both places.
The setup is a simple three-step Zap: catch the webhook, create the spreadsheet row, send the email. On the echowin side you create a workflow on your agent, pick when it fires (before a call, after a call, or after a web chat), add one action, and paste in your Zapier link. There's even a test mode that runs it against a real call you already took, so you know it works before it goes live.
Swap Google Sheets for a CRM or Airtable and the same thing works.
If you run an AI phone agent for your business or your clients, where would you want your leads sent? Tell me in the comments and I'll build that version next.
