Mobility is seriously undervalued in today’s exercise culture. Whether your an athlete or a fitness enthusiast, adding simple mobility routines to your weekly schedule has the potential to massively improve your quality of life. Reduced chances of injury, reduction in joint/muscle pain and aches, improved strength and quality of movements, and the list goes on. These facts are non-negotiable and are the main reason we made mobility such a large part of our software.
We will be overhauling the exercise pool of our mobility sessions in app in response to recent scientific findings brought to our attention by Dr. Eryn Murphy and the Klein Research Team.
The mobility overhaul will create a weekly mobility schedule focused less on simply stretching muscles and more on getting to the root of the issue which, in most cases, is a strength deficit throughout range of motion in a specific body region. We will let you know when the update is released, but can expect this within the first couple weeks of July. Only getting better!
