Today is bittersweet… Many had his last day in the office (for now) before heading off to college in Michigan.

He joined our agency as a high school intern more than a year ago, and along the way, he got licensed and became an agent. The good news is he’ll continue working with us as a sales agent while he pursues his education and starts this next chapter.

We are so proud of him and everything he’s accomplished, and so grateful for the positive energy, initiative, and effort he has brought to our agency. He has always been willing to jump in wherever he saw a need, and that kind of attitude makes a difference.

We celebrated him today with a team lunch at Perry’s and are excited to see what’s ahead for him. We know he’s going to do great things!

Michigan is lucky to have you! We’re lucky to have you on our team. ❤️🎓✈️

When the Stubbs Insurance crew gets together, you know it’s going to be a good time! 🎉

We loved spending the last couple of evenings at Casa Chapala & Punch Bowl Social with our amazing team and getting to spend time with our Service Agents, Mel and Vanessa, while they were in town from Dallas.

Beyond the food and fun, these gatherings are about strengthening our team, learning together, and making sure we’re aligned on our goals for the future. We spent time training, sharing ideas, and setting goals that will help us continue to grow and better serve our clients.

Here’s to good food, great conversations, and an even greater team! 💙
