Cool fact of the day- Xfinity, Cox, Google, Walmart, and ABLE today partnered with us to provide customer support in sign language. That means you can connect directly with their representatives who know sign language, no third party needed.

Check out our website for the full list of partners and their contact information. Accessibility for the win!

We love celebrating a language with such rich culture and history. American Sign Language has come a long way, and we appreciate the value it brings. It is not just a language with a story, it provides access for Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, DeafDisabled, and Late Deafened communities.

This celebration also honors the founding of the first permanent and still-operating Deaf school in the United States, American School for the Deaf, on April 15, 1817, in Hartford.

Join us in celebrating this historic day while looking ahead to how we can continue expanding access and making ASL more widely available.

Safe spaces matter. 💛

Events like CCWomen at Customer Contact Week Orlando create room for women to connect, grow, and truly feel seen. When we talk about access, everyone deserves to feel welcome, included, and safe. In this video, our teammate Cameron Papazis reflects on her CCWomen experience and why it left such a powerful impact.

Video description: (click CC for captions) Cameron is standing in front of a CCWomen sign. She is wearing a blue buttoned up shirt and black pants. She begins to sign: Hello! This CCW conference has been amazing so far! I specifically enjoyed CCWomen section. We connected with female leaders in contact centers to discuss ways to improve the workplace experience for everyone and how we can better support one another. I am really looking forward to those relationships and how we can continue to make sure contact centers are accessible to our Deaf and Hard of Hearing community.
