We are Grateful. We've had the busiest year since 2008 -- strangely enough but downtowns in the economy can create opportunities for businesses that are nimble and can reinvent themselves quickly. It was a marathon of helping our small business and healthcare clients reinvent themselves in the filter of the pandemic, create new products/services, and tell their stories. I am amazed at the resiliency of many small businesses but also gutted by the losses of so many local, veteran businesses in Austin, Texas, and local communities we serve across the midwest and southwest.

For Healthcare clients that meant creating online real-time COVID updates, stats, and letters to families. It meant onboarding thousands of nursing homes to Senior Messages -- microsites/links families and friends use to send custom ecards to residents (routed to staff and one-touch easy printing so as to not make more work for already overworked nursing home staff).

For Medspas, E-commerce, Professionals, and Municipalities we created more authentic online communities and creative packaging of services including curbside, door-to-door delivery of products, and placemaking for outdoor events.
