DOJ Title II Accessibility Rule for Digital Assets

Attorney General Merrick B. Garland signed a final rule under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to ensure the accessibility of web content and mobile applications (apps) for people with disabilities. Microassist has been around for over 30 years. Many people were critical to our success during that time: champions, mentors, and team members. One of the champions who helped us start our e-learning development and accessibility groups is Sue Tedford. Without her leadership and guidance, our e-learning team would not have completed some of the most innovative and impactful projects.

Sue continues to advocate for the MS cause with unwavering enthusiasm. We at Microassist have been proud to support her MS Walk team for many years. This year, MS is recognizing Sue's efforts. Join us on the walk, or if you can't, please consider donating to the cause.
