We were pleased to conclude the Pitch Your Company sessions at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Moratuwa, as part of the 2026 Industrial Training Program.

Representatives from BoardPAC and IronOne Technologies had the opportunity to engage with talented undergraduates, sharing how they can build their careers by working on globally used products, solving real-world challenges, and learning alongside experienced professionals.

IronOne Technologies was pleased to host senior representatives from the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) and leading financial institutions at an executive breakfast session to explore the future of AI-powered credit risk management.

The session featured a demonstration of our Smart Delinquency Predictor - an AI solution that helps financial institutions identify potential repayment risks up to six months in advance, enabling earlier intervention, improved portfolio performance, and more informed lending decisions.

With non-performing loans (NPLs) continuing to be a key challenge for Kenya's financial institutions, it was encouraging to exchange ideas with banking leaders on how predictive AI can help shift credit risk management from reactive collections to proactive decision-making.

A special thank you to the Kenya Bankers Association and all the banking executives who joined us and contributed to the insightful discussions. We also appreciate our collaboration with Fidem Financial USA, whose leadership participated in the session.
