Same AI. Two groups of students. One did better homework but bombed the test. The other gained the equivalent of six to nine months of additional schooling.
The variable wasn’t the technology. It was the system around it. One handed students the answers. The other made them do the thinking.
That gap extends to every company deploying AI right now. We dedicated 20% of IgniteTech’s working hours for a full quarter to one thing: understanding how AI actually works, where it fails, and how to use it without handing over your brain. Culture has to come before tools.
If your people don’t understand the technology well enough to question it, you haven’t automated productivity. You’ve automated bad judgment.
Follow me for more on building AI culture that actually compounds.
