Most companies treat social media and community as marketing channels. Places you post content. Places you respond to complaints. Cost centers you tolerate.

That framing is going to cost you.

The brands pulling ahead understand something different. Every question asked in a community is a data point. Every conversation pattern across millions of social interactions is a signal.

When you build the intelligence infrastructure to capture that, you stop reacting to your customers and start knowing them.

AI answer engines are already changing how people find information. They’re not searching for your content anymore. They’re asking a question and getting a synthesized answer.

If your community and social strategy isn’t built around owning that intelligence layer, you’re not just behind on distribution. You’re losing the narrative about your own brand.

Community and social aren’t channels anymore. They’re the most valuable intelligence assets your company owns. Start treating them that way.

I thought sales and marketing would push back hardest on AI.

I was wrong.

The technical people fought it the most. Engineers who’d been writing code for 15 years. The people who should have been closest to this technology were the ones folding their arms and checking out.

“AI can’t do what I do.” “It doesn’t know our codebase.”

They didn’t believe. And the future doesn’t wait for believers.

$25,000 per employee per year. Wasted on scheduling meetings.

Can we meet Thursday? Need to get Bill too. What about Wednesday? He’s in a different time zone. Back and forth and back and forth.

We just take it because we think we have to.

This morning we announced Adminio AI. Built on Eloquens AI base. 160 languages, 24/7, perfect grammar. Handles scheduling coordination entirely through email.

Live demo. Six people. Three time zones. Multiple conflicts. CFO scheduling change. Adminio coordinated everything. Final meeting confirmed: Wednesday, February 18th, multiple time zones accounted for, invitations sent.

You’re doing this every single day and think it’s just okay. That’s what happens with technology. People come up with ideas and you realize you never thought about how much time you waste and how frustrating it is.

MyPersonas®. Eloquens® AI. Adminio AI. Three products from scratch by a team that didn’t work for us two years ago. Game-changing innovation for everyone around the world.

It’s not about the AI. It’s about the result.

We’re all slaves to our email. Buying expensive cruise Wi-Fi because we can’t miss that message coming in.

One year ago I announced Eloquens AI. Email persona. 160 languages. Answers in five minutes or less. Always empathetic. Never makes grammar errors. Can’t make it tired.

Live demo at Financial Times conference. Told Andrew Hill to email Eloquens. Someone sent him a scoop request at 6:52 PM Friday with a short deadline.
Normal autoresponder: “This inbox is monitored during business hours. We’ll review and get back to you as soon as possible.”

Remember when that was a thing? It’s not good. It’s ticking off your customers. Pushing people away.

Eloquens responded: “Thanks for the offer. I can take a succinct written quote now. Please send me one on-record sentence addressing the leadership’s change impact.”

Andrew didn’t miss the scoop. That’s what happens when you redefine email after 30 years.

How many times have Rich and his team answered the same questions over and over for the last several weeks?

What time does it start? Can I see the agenda? What hotels should I stay at? Where’s the conference located?

Rich created his own MyPersona®. 160 languages. 24/7. Answers every question.

I asked it for hotel recommendations in Spanish. Registration deadline in French. Location in Mandarin. Instant answers. Perfect responses.

Is it interesting? Is it clever? Sure. What’s the use case? Rich doesn’t have to answer the same questions hundreds of times. His MyPersona does it for him while he focuses on running the conference.

This is the wave of the future. Your critical people extended, not replaced.

Don't squander the gift.

That's the theme for 2026. AI is the greatest gift we've ever been given. 88% of companies are using AI, but 95% of GenAI projects fail. Why? Governance paralysis. Stuck in trial mode. Overcautious.

We didn't pilot. We transformed. AI Monday: 20% of payroll, full quarter, Mondays only. Full year of investment. Still ended up replacing 80% of the team. Not because of skills. Because of belief.

The difference wasn't whether they believed AI could do everything. It's whether they were willing to give it a chance to do anything.

Now we're AI DNA. 70% of work hours use AI tools. Acquired 650-person company. Finished at 75% EBITDA margins. Launched three products from scratch in two years: MyPersonas, Eloquens AI, and Adminio AI.

Alpha School reimagined 200 years of education. Two hours of AI-tutored learning, rest is life skills. China's AI hospital treats 3,000 patients daily. We can do this in every vocation if we dare.

You're faced with two choices. Patch the old road. Or build a brand new runway with the most advanced tools you've ever had and drive incredible innovation.

Your competitors are doing it while you sit here. Don't squander the gift.

There are two types of companies right now.

Companies layering AI on top of old architecture. And companies building with AI as the foundation.

They look the same from the outside. Same product categories. Same marketing language. Completely different futures.

Layer AI on legacy and you get faster legacy. Smarter versions of the same limitations. Rebuild with AI as the foundation and the product can do things the old version was structurally incapable of doing.

We didn’t acquire Khoros to modernize it. We acquired it to rebuild it. Aurora AI. Iris AI. AI-native from the ground up.

The question is simple. Is your technology stack getting faster, or is it actually getting smarter? Your competitors are about to find out the difference firsthand.

The window is closing. Know which type of company you are becoming.

Interview question to assess AI-first capability: What’s on your AI tool belt?

Meaning: when you come to work every morning, what tools are wrapped around your waist that you’ll wield to get your job done?

The depth of that answer is revealing.

We get a lot of “I mostly live in ChatGPT.” Great. Everybody’s intro. But we’re looking for more depth than that. Awareness of what else is available. What you’re using for different tasks. How you combine tools.

That’s the question. What’s on your AI tool belt?

Don’t silo AI culture change. Internal tools here, external tools there. Cross-pollinate.

New salesperson joins. AI Innovation org welcomes them: “Did you download all customer call transcripts and do AI sentiment analysis before your first calls? No? Let me help you do that.”

Person up to speed in two days versus two weeks.

That’s what happens when your AI Innovation org serves both external products and internal enablement.

We’ve taken on an unpaid consulting role helping companies figure out AI transformation.

Not because we’re altruistic. Because we have to. The haves and have-nots gap is growing fast. In a few years, the companies that didn’t move will come asking why we didn’t tell them. We did tell them. It was there. We offered help.

We’re sharing everything openly. Sales team automation strategies. Software development tools we use. Analysis techniques that empower teams. We post about it publicly because this needs to be a community effort. Everyone needs to move forward together or the gap becomes insurmountable.
We help our customers directly. We answer questions from companies reaching out after podcast appearances. We donate that time because the collective progress matters more than keeping advantages proprietary.

We hired an SVP of Product and transformed them into Chief AI Officer. Then created an AI Innovation org that everyone functionally reports to.

How it works: Finance people report to the CFO. CFO is AI-first but not an AI expert. Not writing LangChain or LLM calls. When finance needs something, they go to AI Innovation org. “Here’s what I need to do. Thinking about doing it like this.”

AI Innovation org responds: “Wait, we already wrote something you can plug in. Let me get you up to speed.”

That’s how we mesh it together. Cross-pollinate internal and external AI work.

Example: New salesperson joins. AI Innovation org says “welcome to the team, did you download all customer call transcripts and do AI analysis to see sentiment before your first calls? No? Let me help you do that.”
