The Marcom Group is hiring for a business development role. The title and scope will depend on experience.
If you’ve seen a GET bus or visited the Bakersfield College campus, you’ve seen some of our work. We’ve served Bakersfield businesses and organizations for nearly 30 years, and today our clients reach across California and the country.
We’re looking for someone with business development experience and an established network. This person will meet with business owners and nonprofit leaders, learn about their goals and figure out where our team can help. Serving on chamber and nonprofit committees is part of it too, because supporting the community matters to us.
The position is remote with a flexible schedule, and what you earn grows with the relationships you build. Ideally you’re based in Kern County or the southern Central Valley, close enough to make key events in Bakersfield.
