We’re currently aware of an issue affecting tenant logins on the website that is related to the payment API. Because of this, some tenants may be unable to access their accounts to make payments online.

Our development team has been notified and is actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once the API connection is restored, tenants should be able to log in and process payments normally again.

We appreciate your patience while this is being addressed. If you need to accept a payment in the meantime, it can still be entered manually through the management side of the software. Please let us know if you need assistance with that.

We’ll provide updates as soon as we have more information.
