Recently named a finalist for the Impact Award, Tejash has been making waves since joining my Vistage group. Here are just a few highlights of his journey so far:
1️⃣ Committed to Growth: Tejash dedicates one full day each month to step away from daily operations and focus on the bigger picture at our peer advisory table. He’s often one of the first to arrive and the last to leave, staying through post-meeting socials to connect further.
2️⃣ Built a Stronger Team: Not only did he grow his leadership team in numbers, but he also invested heavily in their skill development through programs like hashtag and hashtag .
