As part of our employee training and development initiatives, we provide the opportunity for our staff to participate in ride-alongs with our clients, allowing them to observe and learn from the operations and activities that occur beyond radio communication. Recently, Sara, our newest Air Communications Specialists, participated in a ride-along with LifeFlight of Maine, gaining valuable insight into the roles, responsibilities, and operations of pilots and medical crew following emergency alerts. Sara reported that this experience was highly educational and beneficial.
