When I first entered the fiber optic industry, I quickly learned that it was an extremely competitive and often unforgiving environment. The market was oversaturated, and it was not uncommon to encounter dishonesty, broken commitments, and a lack of accountability. Too often, quality was sacrificed for profit, and integrity took a back seat to personal gain. Those experiences helped shape the vision and values that Apex Splicing was founded upon.
