Hey everyone! Just wanted to take a moment to talk about recent scams going around.

1: If you receive a phone call saying your Amazon account has been suspended due to suspicious activities because someone bought an Iphone costing $800 just hang up. Amazon will never call you. If they have an issue they will Email you about it.

2: If you receive an email from "Paypal" saying you've had large purchases or that you money because of other reasons. Do not click on the link given. This is almost always a scam. Look closely at the email. If you ever have concerns about your paypal (or any account) always go to the official website and call/email the help line there. Avoid suspicious links.

3: A very common one that many know is getting a Random/odd link from a friend/family member on Facebook. If this is someone you talk to often then please notify them that they may have a hacked account. But more often it is a entirely new account that uses the same profile pic and name just trying to get you to click on their links.

Remember everyone. If it sounds suspicious. It probably is. Please stay safe while online. Never give out private information. If you need help keeping yourself safe, feel you received a potential scam, or already need assistance, please feel free to call or message. And as always, make sure to tell Malware to Byte me.
