I wanted to share an update regarding how we move forward with AI generated images submitted by our customers. While we love to create things originally, we also understand the ease of using AI to create images for you.

At Koko&Ky Design Co., we take pride in creating original, production ready artwork designed specifically for high quality printing. While we are happy to print customer supplied AI generated artwork upon request, please note the following:

* AI generated images are not created, edited, or endorsed by Koko&Ky Design Co. unless otherwise stated.
* We cannot guarantee the print quality, resolution, line clarity, color accuracy, transparency, or overall printability of AI generated artwork.
* By choosing to print AI generated artwork, the customer acknowledges that minor imperfections, including but not limited to blurry details, distorted elements, uneven lines, pixelation or other print inconsistencies may be present in the final product.
* Koko&Ky Design Co. is not responsible for imperfections, defects, or unexpected results that originate from AI generated artwork and will not offer refunds, reprints, or replacements for issues related to the supplied design.
* Any AI generated design printed by Koko&Ky Design Co. is produced solely as a customer requested service and should not be interpreted as artwork created or endorsed by our business.

By approving your artwork for production, purchasing online, or paying your invoice, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
