Today, I experienced exceptional customer service. A client we assisted with their Starlink installation 3-4 years ago experienced a power surge, resulting in lost internet and no power indicator on their Starlink modem. The client contacted us for assistance, and upon arriving, we accessed their Starlink account and initiated a chat. We described the issue, and within 30 seconds, the chat response, likely AI-driven, informed us that replacement equipment was being shipped at no charge, with instructions to dispose of the old equipment. The response also included an apology for the failure. I was impressed by the efficiency and effectiveness of this interaction. Kudos to Starlink and Elon Musk!
