Wake Wireless Wake Wireless is a fixed-wireless internet service provider (WISP) based in Bartlesville, OK. AWC, LLC was started in 2005.

Originally we focused on wireless roaming data for corporate and government applications, a predecessor to the 3G and 4G of today. Over the years our network grew to cover all of Washington County and North East Osage County at unprecedented speeds. In 2008, with increasing pressure from consumers and small businesses for an alternative, Wake Wireless was formed. Today, Wake Wireless is focused on

providing the highest speed internet available in the rural area with no data limits and excellent customer service. Priority internet plans with no equipment to buy or lease, and no hidden fees!

We will be doing maintenance on the Collinsville tower site 8-28-26 (tomorrow). Work will start at 3am and should be complete by 6am. Your internet will go down during this time frame for about 30mins. This only applies if you are on the Collinsville tower site.

We will be switching to a new billing software today at 12:00pm. You will still be able to log in and pay your bill through the customer portal, however your password will need to be reset. You should have received an email with a new username. You can use that username or your email on file with us.

You will also get an email with your bill tomorrow the 8-28-26 with a link to the portal. Please be on the lookout for this. This link will take you directly to your online portal and uses magic link authentication so no password is needed. However, if you want to reset your password you can. Keep in mind that the online portal as well as the invoices will look a bit different. If you have any questions or notice any problems with your bill please let us know and thank you for your patience as we undergo this transition.

There is an unreported power outage in the area our Skiatook Javine Hill Tower is in and it's effecting a few customers. VVEC repair time vary, but usually it's fixed in a few hours or less.

AT&T just went down again in Oklahoma. This mean there will be some slow down and some services that just won't work until AT&T resolves them. In the physical world this would be like HWY 75 being closed. You could still get to where you going but the route will take longer.
