We are excited to promote Marbella to Supervisor! Marbella has been with Platinum Converting for nearly 25 years. She began her career at Platinum as an Operator and was later promoted to a Leader, where she demonstrated strong dedication and leadership on the production floor. In her new role as a supervisor, Marbella oversees the Finishing and Binding departments, supporting the team, stepping in wherever needed, and helping keep everyone motivated. When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Marbella shared, “I love the friendly environment and the people I work with. I’m so thankful for the opportunities that Jeff and Rich have given me throughout my career!”
