1. Create a batch list with EVERYTHING you need to get done. No timelines. Get everything out of your head and onto paper so you can think clearly.

2. From your batch list, create a week list - things that must be done this week. Now you’re getting into deadlines, but can flexibly schedule around your busier days this week.

3. Lastly, create a to-do list for today with a manageable number of tasks.

Decluttering your head of every reminder can help you get started on manageable daily tasks with minimal stress.
