Meet Jennifer Gordon, Senior Account Director here at OWA! 🧠✨

Her title says Account Director, but her twenty-year track record says compassionate problem solver. Jennifer is always willing to go the extra mile (or fifty, depending on market size) to get down to the nitty gritty and truly understand the clients she serves and the communities they call home.

That same heart shows up outside the office too. Jennifer is deeply involved in multiple initiatives through volunteer work in the community, and as a proud mom of two, she and her husband are all in, whether that's cheering at a kids' activity, showing up at a community event, or soaking in the great outdoors together.

Big month for one of our newest partners. 🎉

We helped Louisiana Instrument Repair build their brand from the ground up — strategy, social presence, the whole launch — and seeing it click in real time has been one of our favorite projects this year.

Stephen Koivisto brings 30+ years of experience to the bench (including a decade keeping the Golden Band from Tigerland's instruments performance-ready), and from day one of the launch, the response from the Baton Rouge music community made it clear: people already trust him with the stuff that matters to them.

Meet Ariana Hansen.

As OWA Art Director, she has pieced together countless complex designs for our clients because she herself is a bit of a wonderful mix of magic. In her words, "Great design is like a puzzle - how can I get everything to fit and still look good?"

When she's not puzzling through design challenges, you can find her enjoying one of her many favorite hobbies such as playing Legend of Zelda, napping with her cat, learning something new, or rocking out to BTS. She is what she loves - a laid-back, art-loving person who makes our lives and designs a whole lot more enjoyable.
