I just put together some training information for a client, but it might be helpful for anyone, so here you go!
To find answers in office.com and log into your Office 365 account https://office.com, you’ll find a question mark on the top right. Here is a quick video of how to find help easily in Office 365. https://youtu.be/z7PAQ7jWYlA

If you are looking for instructor lead training, here are a couple options:
Udemy is online training - Microsoft Excel - Excel from Beginner to Advanced | Udemy
Lantec is a local training company that has virtual and in-person training - Lantec | Course: Excel Basic (lantecctc.com)
SBA has a program that will refund a portion of the training cost as well.
