Transit 350.

Pumpkin got new fluids and a shot of fords friction modifier(limited slip differential) and a new driveshaft center support bearing(it had 2.3 inches of play, ford recommends 0.197)

Ford dealer couldn't "find an issue with it"

It presented with judder and clicking on slow turns only in the rear. Common with limited slip differentials, clutch clatter.

At only 20k miles the fluid was pretty bad.

2015 dodge grand caravan alternator replacement.

Vehicle was barely holding 12 volts whole running would die after about 5 minutes.

The alternator itself was easy to take out and replace, its getting to it that takes time.

We love dodge engineering.....

471.00 for a ford OEM replacement.

Commercial vehicle and the company thay pays for the maintenance always wants a spectacular warranty so they always get OEM parts installed.

Not bad though part should arrive from fomoco by Monday.

Working on a new website design to get ready for the move to tekmetric for our service software.

We are in the beginning stages of developing a maintenance subscription. There will 3 three tiers, basic to pro. Offering oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, diagnostics and a service discount, increasing with each tier, with the top 2 tiers also receiving a discounted parts rate.

It doesnt seem like much but it does add up in the savings.
