Attention JEC Internet customers,

JEC migrated to a new system at the end of April. To protect customers, automatic payment information could not be transferred to the new platform. If you are currently experiencing an internet service interruption, it may be due to an outstanding balance resulting from the payment information not carrying over. Please review your account and make sure that you are current with your bill, as service disconnections for internet ran today.

There are various ways to pay your bill online:

➡️ don't want to set up an account? Utilize our quick pay option (this option does not allow you to store payment methods or enroll in autopay)
