USB-C is everywhere. But is it ready for the demands of professional AV environments?

At InfoComm Show 2026, Dan Ferrisi sat down with Aaron Luber from Google and Greg Baribault from HP at the HDBaseT Alliance booth, where we hosted a ground breaking discussion of one of the most innovative collaborations in video conferencing - HP Dimension with Google Beam.

Their joint solution combines advanced hardware, software, AI, and multi-camera technology to transform the future of remote collaboration.

"We designed a six-camera array, coupled with advanced audio technologies, to break that barrier and make you feel like there is another human being sitting across the table from you", says Baribault.
