Co-working has changed my life and I'd like for it to change yours too.

That’s a big claim but it’s true.

This year I was diagnosed with ADHD and it’s been a years long journey towards this diagnosis. One of my biggest AH-HA’s was learning the reason I crave co-working aka body doubling. ADHD brains literally work better in community.

By simply sitting in spaces where other people are focusing it allows me more focus and the ability to get more done.

This leads to me feeling less overwhelm and anxiety and allows me to PUT THE COMPUTER DOWN and go live life a little more.

🐾 More time on slow ambling walks with my senior pup, Viola.
🪴More time to play in my garden and sow arugula for fall salads.
📖More time to lay around in bed devouring the final chapters of Kingdom of Ash (who else is obsessed with this series?).

And isn’t that what we’re all doing this for?

So, I’m leaning in hard core to all the co-working that I can. From weekly trips to the amazing in Beaverton to zoom body doubling with my ADHD coach .adhdcoach and pop up co-working sessions with my forever partner in crime I am HERE for the co-working.

So, it’s only natural that this affinity for working in community extends itself to my business. I’m working on changing up how Lil Shameless Plug offers our services.

I want to work with companies and coaches who are looking to up level their online marketing plans. What does this mean?
