What if "misbehavior" is actually a missing skill? πŸ‘‹

A replacement skill is a positive behavior we teach a student to use in place of a harmful one. Think of it like swapping the tool, not the kid. When a student feels frustrated, raising their hand instead of interrupting is a replacement skill at work.

The shift is small but powerful: from policing what we don't want, to building what we do.

Big thanks to everyone who came out to the Community Block Party on Saturday at Everett Meredith Middle School! 🎈

The team had a blast meeting families, handing out snacks, and watching the kids take over the bounce houses. Shoutout to Delta Sigma Theta (Middletown DE Alumnae Chapter) and Appoquinimink School District for making it happen, already looking forward to the next one.
