Happy Father’s Day to the guy who somehow manages to do it all.

If you’ve been around our Hi-Point Business Solutions, you’ve probably seen Rodney printing, copying, making banners and signs or wrapping a vehicle. What you may not know is that’s just one of the many businesses we have and you’ll also find him behind a screen printer, loading a trailer, setting up an event, pouring a drink, fixing something that broke, or lending a hand wherever it’s needed.

He’s the kind of father who leads by example, works hard, shows up, and teaches those around him.

Today we’re celebrating Rodney and all the dads who spend their days building businesses, building memories, and building a life for the people they love.

Graphic Designer + Production Specialist

Do you love design but also enjoy seeing your work come to life?

Hi-Point Business Solutions is looking for a creative, dependable team member who can move seamlessly between graphic design, customer service, and hands-on production.

No two days are the same around here. One day you may be creating artwork for a local business, helping a customer choose the perfect promotional item, or setting up a print job. The next, you could be assisting with finishing work, packaging orders, or helping bring a client’s vision to life from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and edit artwork using graphic design software
• Work directly with customers to understand project needs
• Prepare files for print and production
• Assist with production and finishing work
• Operate and learn various print and production equipment
• Help maintain organization and quality standards
• Answer phones, emails, and assist walk-in customers
• Collaborate with a fast-paced, creative team

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

✔ Creative and detail-oriented
✔ Friendly and professional with customers
✔ Comfortable multitasking and switching priorities
✔ Willing to learn new equipment and processes
✔ Reliable and self-motivated
✔ Able to stand for periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds
✔ Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In:

• Print production
• Screen printing or embroidery environments
• Sign or wide-format printing
• Promotional products
• Finishing equipment
• Social media content creation
