We would like to thank First Community Foundation Partnership of Pennsylvania again for awarding us a 2025 grant to purchase portable radios and chargers.

Muncy Area Volunteer Fire Company has received a grant from FCFP via the 2025 Lycoming County Emergency Services Grant Program to fund the purchase of critical life safety radios. MAVFCs acceptance of $30,000 has purchased seven portable radios and chargers to outfit department owned emergency response vehicles. These radios are necessary for effective communication at emergency scenes to ensure the safety of all personnel.
FCFP works to improve the quality of life in North Central PA through community leadership, promotion of philanthropy, the strengthening of nonprofit impact, and the perpetual stewardship of charitable assets.
MAVFC extends sincere gratitude to FCFP for their investment in the safety of firefighters, our community, and its establishments.
