I’ve been building web software for 17+ years.
Until recently, I had never worked a day in healthcare.
When I decided to move into physical therapy software, I knew I didn’t want to build another system designed around assumptions. So I did something different.
I joined a multi-location PT clinic and spent months shadowing:
→ Physical therapists
→ Front-desk staff
→ Massage therapists
No laptop. Just paper and pen.
I wrote down every friction point: the double data entry, the clunky handoffs between locations, the documentation that stole time from patient care, and the workarounds staff invented because the software wouldn’t bend.
Then I’d go home and build solutions to what I saw that day.
Watch. Note. Go home. Build.
That’s how PTone was born. Every feature traces back to a real moment in a real clinic, not a competitor’s feature list.
PTone brings scheduling, documentation, and operations into one seamless system built for how PT clinics actually work in 2026.

So I spent time in a PT clinic with a notepad, shadowing therapists, front-desk staff, and massage therapists. Here’s what became PTone.
