All, I am pleased to announce the renewal of CMMI Level 3 Version 2.0 (V2.0) for Services and Development. In June, we successfully renewed our ISO certifications (9000, 20000, and 27001).

It is insane to go through one (1) let alone five (5) audits in the same year, but Steel Point did, and we Knocked It Out the Park! I am so thankful to the Steel Point team for this unbelievable accomplishment. Simply Amazing...

Achieving CMMI maturity 3 (V2.0) is an important process improvement milestone that established Steel Point as having in place the essential elements of effective processes and best business practices to deliver the highest quality services corporately and to our customers.

During the final briefing, the CMMI lead appraiser informed the Steel Point leadership team that the final CMMI appraisal cited full compliance against the process standards and the framework with no weaknesses. This is a testament of our corporate commitment to having in place established elements of effective processes and the commitment of our workforce to ensure ex*****on of the processes to deliver the highest quality services to our customers. This is no small accomplishment for a small, growing company.

Due to growth, Steel Point has an opportunity to hire a Sr. IT Auditor with a TS/SCI to work on a long-term contract for a client in Washington, DC.
