In 2012 Mactek merged with The iPhone Professor – provider of the very best, fastest, and most affordable iPhone and iPad repairs in Central Oregon. As an example, if you drop your iPhone 11 on the pavement and break the screen glass, then your options are to send it back to Apple, try to take it back to your carrier, or get it repaired locally by an independent repair shop like us. If you send it back to Apple, it could cost $200 or more, they’ll send you a refurbished one back (not your same phone), and you’ll be without a phone for 5-7 days. Going to your carrier varies a lot, but usually its even more expensive than Apple.
