Hours of Operation for November 11th-15th:

We will maintain regular business hours from 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday, throughout all of next week.

Please note that our office will operate as usual on Monday, Remembrance Day

I was informed that UPS is also working Monday as per usual for deliveries and pickup service

Business Update: We are open.

To address recent inquiries, I am working and using a black Ford Escape temporarily while our Jeep undergoes repairs from storm damage. Our building will soon feature new signage from Cora Gaumont. We are also currently receiving cosmetic repairs and repainting. We remain dedicated to delivering top notch computer sales, services, and UPS Authorized Shipping Oulet (A*O) solutions. We look forward to seeing you for all your wants and needs. See You at the shop. We are located at 644 W 4th St across from the National Bank and on the west end of the along Realty Benson building

UPS Drop off is
9AM - 4PM and they must have a label

UPS World Ship
9AM - 4PM For measuring, weighing and creating a label

Closed July 4th for Independence Day

Open on Friday July 5th - same hours as above for computer sales & Service as well as UPS

I can help if you have an Amazon QR code to change it to an actual label and print at my shop

Good day everyone.

First of all thanks to my friends, neighbors and clients for checking in on me to make sure I am alright.

Just a quick update on the shop. We have been closed the last week and a half due to illness. I am ok and just struggling with two chronic infections that kicked my butt. Hopefully I’ll be having a clean bill of health over the next couple of days and will be back to work in a jiffy. I am definitely going to be open again soon. My sign for the business is down right now and it is actually repainted and ready to reinstall.

If you need to drop off any UPS over the next couple of days it can be temporarily dropped off at Long Realty next door to my shop. They will pick up at 4:15-4:30 usually every day. If you need any other assistance please feel free to message me here and I’ll try to answer as much as I can and as soon as I can.

Welcome to all my family, friends, clients and potential clients reading this post. After almost 3 months, 3 hospital stays and 2 spine surgeries I am finally back at the shop. We are fully open with a friend of mine assisting in my daily duties. I am still healing process and not to fast on my feet as it’s only been a few weeks after surgery. I look forward to seeing you all very soon.

During those three months that I was closed we suffered a huge financial hit. I was just using Facebook fundraiser but my friend Pat thought I may get more hits on a GoFundMe account. As of 5:00PM on April 18th my shop
*Keast’s Computer World*
Will be closed for approximately two full weeks.
On Tuesday the 19th I’ll be preparing for surgery.
On Wednesday the 20th I’ll have an early morning lower back surgery. This surgery will have an out of work recovery time of approximately 2 weeks. I’ll be closed from April 18th all the way through to May 6th. This is an approximation of recovery time that may change.

*While I am out of the office*
All UPS packages can be left next door to my shop at Long Realty Benson. Packages can be left over there Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-4:00. Cut off time is 4:00PM They must have a UPS label. Also QR codes will not be accepted at this location. We do not accept FedEx or USPS.

Changing out hours temporarily in hopes that it will save money and the business. With this COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the stay home executive order it has killed business by 80-90%. Only taking in a few computers at a time in case another executive order closes us to stay healthy.

Delivery of UPS Air and international Air packages only. Pickup service is available only for Air and international Air packages if prearranged by Friday, December 27. UPS On-Call Pickup service and UPS Drop Boxes are available for Air and international Air packages. The UPS Store locations will have normal operating hours. UPS Freight is open with modified service. UPS Forwarding is closed
