Service Outage Notification for June 18, 2025

Information: One of our fiber connections was disrupted this evening. Our upstream provider has been notified and is working towards resolution. We are monitoring the situation and are working to restore service as soon as possible. Our apologies for the loss of services.

Impact: Internet Service, Phone Service and Managed IT Services will be unavailable intermittently or for long periods of time.

Affected Services: Internet Service, VoIP, MSP Services.

There was power outage with the utility company for some of our equipment. The power has been restored and the outage is fixed.

Our upstream fiber provider is currently having issues downstate causing an outage in our network. They are aware of the issue and are in close contact with us as they resolve this issue.

- UPDATE 10:07 am -

Our upstream fiber provider sustained damage to their network late last night, causing Eclipse's network to go offline. They have dispatched a splice team and a separate technical team to determine where the failure is and repair it. The two teams are currently on the way - rough ETA is mid-afternoon. We apologize for the disruption to service.
