BIG ANNOUNCEMENT PART 2
Hello everyone! Unfortunately, you guys had to wait a month to hear the big announcement because I had some issues with changing my name (one of the main announcements), so the announcement changed and is now here!
I decided to change my name to Mrfixitalec’s Tech Solutions. The reasoning behind this name change also has to do with some of my announcements below, but it all boils down to my former name, MrFixitAlec’s (or Alec’s) iPhone Repair Service, being somewhat misleading. I have been doing more than just iPhone repairs for the past few years, including general tech repair and software solutions as well. Recently, after figuring out there was a demand for other non-repair tech solutions, I decided I wanted to expand my services and thought a name change would be a great way to get a fresh start and to announce the new services.
New Logo!
I actually finished designing the logo right after I posted the last video, but I wanted to showcase it with the rest of the announcements. If you haven’t checked it out yet, go ahead and watch the video for the new logo (2:19).
New Services
I am adding two new services to Mrfixitalec’s Tech Solutions, but as always, if you have any technology related questions,projects, or problems, contact me, and I can help you out or direct you toward someone that can.
1.Reolink Security Cameras for small businesses and homes: I partnered with Reolink to offer high quality cameras at an affordable price. Most importantly, I understand people do and like to do most things on their phone, and Reolink has a great mobile app that allows you to access your cameras from anywhere your phone has service. Reolink also has a wide selection of cameras to fit all your needs, whether it be constant, recorded footage in an area with poor wifi, or an indoor camera to watch your dog and kids to make sure they don’t burn the house down.
2.Network Solutions for small businesses and homes: I have been exploring and getting more involved with networks, wifi, ethernet, etc. for a while now, and I know it is an area there are not many support options. Most everything is done by the consumer now, but more than what the consumer can do is needed sometimes, and that is where I would come in. If you are having trouble setting up your router, don’t know how, or can’t seem to fix a problem that occurred, I can help you out. If you want recommendations for routers, switches, or other wifi equipment, I can help you out. If you want ethernet ports in your house being built or want some in your existing house, I can help you out. If you need wifi equipment installed, I can help there too.
Other Services
The services below are all existing services I have.
1.iPhone Repair: includes screen, battery, and any other part replacement
2.iPad, Apple Watch, Android, tablet, PC, and Mac repair: same deal as above, pretty much any sort of part replacement.
3.Software problems, viruses, and the technologically challenged: I can also help out with basic software problems or viruses on computers or phones. Something that is also somewhat common is helping out those that have no idea what to do with technology most of the time.
4.Computer builds: If you need a powerful PC with specific needs for your small business or personal use (or if your kid wants a gaming PC), I can do custom builds to ensure you get a high quality PC to fit your needs.
5.Back glass, back glass, back glass: I do back glass affordably now! I know I have announced this before, but I have not promoted it nearly enough yet. Most other repair shops will charge hundreds of dollars for back glass replacement, but my prices start at $75 with only a few phones being over $100. Check out the video for a short clip of my laser in action (3:00).
