Check every name, date, address, phone number, price and web address. Confirm page order, quantity, finished size, folds, colors and image placement. Test QR codes and look for missing text, awkward line breaks or content too close to an edge.

Read the proof once for meaning and again slowly for spelling; then have another person review important pieces before you approve them.

We handle large-format architectural drawings and plans for contractors, architects, engineers, and homeowners.

The best sheet size depends on the original file, scale, and intended use. Send a PDF when possible and tell us the required sheet size, number of sets, black-and-white or color preference, and any folding or binding needs.

Contact Bethel Printing for the exact maximum size and specifications for your project.

Paper weight, texture, color and finish all shape the first impression. A heavier uncoated stock can feel classic and elegant, while a smooth or lightly textured sheet can create a clean, modern look.

The best choice also depends on the design, printing method, mailing requirements, and budget. Seeing and touching paper samples is often the easiest way to choose.

Contact us as soon as the date and basic details are confirmed.

Invitations may need time for addressing and mailing, while programs, signs, and banners often depend on information finalized closer to the event. Paper selection, finishing, quantity, and file readiness can affect timing.

Planning early creates room for proofing and changes; and helps avoid last-minute stress.

Yes, start with the information, images and general idea you have. A rough sketch, previous piece or example of a style you like can be helpful.

We can explain what is needed to turn the idea into a printable piece and discuss available design or file-preparation options.

You do not need to know printing terminology before getting in touch. If you can dream it, we can create it!

Matte paper has a smooth, low-shine finish that feels refined and is easy to read or write on.

Glossy paper reflects more light and makes photographs and bright colors appear especially vibrant.

Matte is often a strong choice for business materials, invitations, and text-heavy pieces, while glossy works well for photo-rich postcards, brochures, and promotional pieces.

We can help you choose based on how the finished piece will look and be used.

Start with the essentials: your name, business name, phone number, email address and website. Add your job title, physical address or social media handle only if it helps customers reach you.

A QR code can be useful when it leads to a mobile-friendly page, menu, portfolio or contact card.

The best business cards are easy to scan, so leave some breathing room instead of trying to fill every inch.

Count households or mailing addresses, not individual guests, then add extras. A cushion of about 10–15% is helpful for late additions, addressing mistakes, returned mail and keepsakes.

You may also need separate invitations for vendors or family members who want a copy.

Ordering a few extras with the original run is generally easier than trying to reproduce a very small matching batch later.

Often, yes.
If you can email or share the file, we can review it and tell you whether it is suitable for printing.

A high-resolution PDF is usually best, while screenshots and images saved from social media may appear blurry when enlarged.

Bring or send what you have, even if you are unsure and we will help you determine the best next step.

Use a QR code when it gives the reader a useful shortcut; to a menu, registration page, map, video, portfolio, donation page, or contact information.

Make sure the destination works well on a phone and will remain active for the life of the printed piece (not all QR Code generators remain active). If you prefer we drop in a QR code that will remain active, just send us your link and we are happy to generate that for you.

The code needs enough size, contrast and clear space around it to scan reliably. Always test the final proof with more than one phone before printing.
