Canva is an amazing tool; truly. Itโs easy, itโs fast, itโs fun, and it lets anyone create something that looks great. For DIY designs, itโs one of the best options out there.
But hereโs the catch:
Canva only gets you so far unless you know the printerโs secrets; things like bleeds, margins, color settings, resolution, and how to export a real printโready PDF. When you know those pieces, your Canva design can look just as professional as something built in the big Adobe programs. (Please don't tell my Graphic Design department I said this.)
And when you donโt know those piecesโฆ wellโฆ
To a print shop graphic designer, a Canva file is kind of like telling your hairstylist you used box dye.๐
