How often do we hear about the need for more interest in manufacturing careers? Look no further!

We are DELIGHTED to celebrate our newest Manufacturing Maverick, Eliza, a Welder/Machinist Apprentice, at BTM Industries, Inc.

Interested in forging a career with long-term growth and ongoing learning, Eliza joined the team at BTM as a Welder/Machinist Apprentice. As her skills grow, Eliza's career will continue to provide the advancement and educational opportunities she is seeking.

BTM is an innovative, short run job shop, providing machining and metal working services for over 60 years. The BTM team is heavily invested in growing manufacturing career interest by providing summer internships, accredited Apprenticeships, and coordinating with other area manufacturers to offer facility tours for local high school students throughout the school year.
