We celebrated 10 years of a beautiful partnership this morning with tears and cinnamon rolls.

Marketing is inherently visionary. What’s the vision? How do we make it visible? So people can see it, feel it, buy in, and become a part of it. And oh, the vision carries… to bring shalom to the South Side.

Our very first meeting in 2015 was in a small crowded office in the carriage house behind Hannah House. Since then, we’ve had the honor of helping bring some incredible projects to life:

• Transforming Labor Temple Hall into CLDI’s new headquarters
• Launching Tapestry affordable housing
• Opening Mosaic ADA housing
• Opening Rail//Line Coffee
• Expanding the entire Hannah House campus

We’ve seen behind the curtain and these people are the real deal. Full of heart, full of integrity, full of love for people and for God. There are countless stories most will never hear, but CLDI shows up every single day - boots on the ground - meeting real, tangible needs while investing in long-term relationships. The transformation happening here is so real, and we’re forever grateful to have witnessed it and played a part.

As CLDI steps boldly into a new season with incredible new leadership, we’re also stepping into ours — narrowing our focus to support private practices launching and growing (integrative medicine, counseling, financial services). We’re honored to hand off this partnership to good hands and will always be cheering loudly from the sidelines.

What do you want to be know for?

We got together recently to plan a new website, and as we started asking the big questions — Where are you headed? Where do you get the most traction? What are you known for? — the answer became so clear.

Yes, Courtney is a talented dietitian…

but she’s also an endurance athlete who specializes in diabetes care.

And when she works with athletes who are managing diabetes, something different happens:

✨ “I’m so glad I found you.”

✨ “I can’t believe you specialize in exactly this.”

Anyone training for an Ironman, triathlon, or even a half marathon while managing diabetes has incredibly specific needs. And Courtney has the expertise, the board certification, and the lived athletic experience to guide them well.

She’s been running her business as The Keys to Nutrition, but her other IG account — — is where she gets huge traction. Because online, you need to be known for something specific. Your name needs to be synonymous with a clear lane.

After our first meeting, it was obvious:

2026 is the year to go all in.

We couldn’t be more excited for Courtney as she steps fully into The Endurance Dietitian. Her new brand + website are coming early 2026, and it’s going to be so good.

Big things are happening over here as we head into 2026. We started with a simple website refresh… and it opened the door to something so much bigger.

As soon as we began reviewing the brand, we found ourselves asking the deeper questions.
What are we all about?
What is our specialty?
What do we want to be known for?

The answer came fast. Hormones. Women’s health has been Melissa Lopez’s life work. Serving women through perimenopause and menopause is her calling. And the more we talked about it, the more clear it became. The old name, Lotus Health did not reflect where we were headed. We are not an aesthetics clinic or a spa. We are a hormone clinic. That is what we do.

It took about ten minutes for all of us to look at each other with chills and say the same thing…
Montana Hormone Clinic.
That is who we are.

So today we took our first step into this new season and reviewed logo concepts for our rebrand. The palettes reflect exactly what we want our women to feel. A grounded medical foundation paired with bright, joyful colors that reflect what happens when your hormones come back into balance. More energy. More life. More vibrancy.
