Starting up an MSP service pay at first would be commission based. Would get a monthly percentage of services provided for customers you sign up, for the length of their term.

Could lead into training to becoming a technician, certifications would be paid for upon approval, and would change to hourly. (You would keep your monthly commissions when opportunities to earn more)
