At 15 years old, W***y Johnson’s life had already taken a path most people can barely imagine.

Today we sat down with Onnie Michalsky, founder of the Yellowstone County Mental Health Alliance, and this one went far beyond business.

We talked about motherhood.
Loss.
Mental health.
Purpose.

And what it means to keep building when the reason behind the work is deeply personal.
